• Minimum age: 16 years old
• IELTS 5.5* (or its equivalents)
• Completion of GCE-O Level with L1R4 credits – 1 English Language and 4 Relevant subjects (score C6 & above) or other qualifications such as:
– Minimum completion of High School Grade 10
– Or completion of IGCSE from international schools
• GCE-O Level students with L1R3 credits, will need to submit Portfolio & Personal Statement for evaluation on their eligibility into the Diploma studies
• Portfolio – Minimum submission of 5 pieces of artwork using any or a combination of the following media:
– Photographs / Videos
– Freehand drawings
– Paintings / Illustrations
– Collage / Mood Boards
– Arts and Crafts (In 2D or 3D format)
• Personal Statement – To submit 300 to 500 words, which reflects the portfolio submitted & the applicants’ interest in pursuing their choice of programme
• GCE-O Level students with L1R2 and L1R1 credits, will need to enrol for the Foundation Studies Certificate programme prior to admission into the Diploma courses

• IELTS 6.0* (or its equivalents)
• Completion of Raffles Diploma
• For non-Raffles students – Completion of relevant Diploma/ Advanced Diploma studies
• Submission of Portfolios, Transcripts and Course syllabus are required for credit transfer assessment

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• IELTS 6.5* (or its equivalents)
• Completion of relevant Advanced Diploma studies
• Submission of Portfolios, Transcripts and Course syllabus

• Minimum Age: 20 years old
• IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum score of 5.5 across all skills)
Students with IELTS 5.5 (across all skills), are required to take 3 months HELP (Higher English Language Programme) at Raffles Singapore
• Honours Degree 2.2 (or its international equivalent) for Lower Second Class Honours in relevant/ design related discipline
• Applicants, who do not meet the minimum Honours Degree 2:2 (or its equivalents) – Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant industries or management role in design related fields; or professional certificates by accredited bodies; (and/or post-graduate in marketing – for Design Management)
• Portfolios in design related works (especially for Graphic Design and Interior Design applicants)

• Minimum Age: 15 years old
• IELTS 4.5* (or its equivalents)
• Minimum completion of High School Grade 9

• IELTS test result is only valid within 2 years from the date the results are issued*
• Students, who do not meet the minimum English requirements, are required to take English Placement Test (EPT) at Raffles
• Minimum EPT result equivalents to IELTS 3.5 is required
• Based on EPT result, a student could either be exempted from the English courses or enrolled into either 3 months Foundation English or 3 months Advanced English or 3 months HELP (Higher English Language Programme) courses at Raffles Singapore
• English courses cannot be taken concurrently with Foundation Studies Certificate, IGCSE, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree courses

Application Procedures

• Submit the Application Form and Application Fee Payment, together with soft copies of the following documents:

• Applicant’s latest Educational Transcripts and Certificates (Original language and English translated)
• Course Syllabus and Portfolio (for design courses) for credit transfer application
• IELTS/ TOEFL/ TOEIC/ Other English Language Qualification
• Applicant’s Passport
• Parents’ Passport (for applicant who is below 18 years of age)
• Passport sized photo
• Resume (if applicant has working experience for more than one (1) year)
• Company reference letter (if any) to state job title/ position, duration of employment, and job responsibilities
• Application Fee Payment Receipt will be issued once student’s payment is credited into Raffles Bank Account
• Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued once assessment of student’s application is done, and the student is eligible for admission
• Upon issuance of LOA, Standard Student Contract is issued for student to sign
• Course Fee Invoice will be issued for student to make the 1st Instalment payment at least 1 month before the intake month
• Student’s Pass/ Visa Application will be processed for international applicant
