Raffles International Institute Overview

Since establishing its first college in Singapore in 1990, RafflesEducation has grown to operate colleges and university in Asia and Europe. Raffles International Institute in Ulaanbaatar was established in 2005 as the first private school to provide internationally recognised design and business courses in Mongolia. Students are guided by a mix of local and international faculty, who are professionals in their field of expertise. Raffles Mongolia aims to equip students with a strong set of skills and the ability to keep learning, enabling them to enter the industry confidently, and continue to grow and develop as their career advances.

Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements for 2 year Advanced Diploma

• IELTS 5.5 or its equivalents – Test result is only valid within 2 years from the date the results are issued
• Minimum completion of High School

Entry Requirements for Bachelor Degree (Honours)

• IELTS 6.5 or its equivalents – Test result is only valid within 2 years from the date the results are issued
• Completion of relevant Advanced Diploma studies
• Submission of Portfolios, Transcripts and Course syllabus

English Language Requirements

• Students, who do not meet the minimum English requirements, must take an English as a Second Language Placement Test at Raffles Mongolia
• Based on the test results, a student will either be exempted from the English courses or enrolled into relevant English courses at Raffles Mongolia
